From Artist: “Although they’re made out of paper, you would never tell!

I start with my paper clay, and using letterpress plates I imprint beautiful images and texture on my medallions. Once they dry I sand them and paint them with several layers of acrylics (using both, brushes and my hands).The beads too, are shaped one by one and painted in the same way.Finally, the pieces are protected with a very resistant water based varnish.Although they’re made of paper paste, the pieces are completely sturdy, strong, durable and resistant. They’re thought for everyday wear and also to be long-lasting pieces in your collection. Those you never get tired of and you keep through the years because of their craftsmanship, because they’re really special.”
